General Business Conditions
The contractual party for ticket purchases is the Munich Philharmonic in its capacity as promoter. This also applies to ticket purchases from third parties. The resale of admission tickets is only permissible if the price demanded does not exceed the admission charge established by the Munich Philharmonic. In case of non-compliance with this stipulation, a contract penalty in the amount of €100.00 will fall due. The Munich Philharmonic also reserves the right to institute further legal proceedings.
Sound and video recordings during the concerts are expressly prohibited. Mobile telephones and watches with alarm functions are to be turned off prior to the start of the concert.
Changes of performing artists or programs do not entitle ticket holders to any refunds of ticket prices.
