Sergej Prokofjew, »Romeo und Julia«: Die Geschichte ist zeitlos. Heute würden sich die beiden WhatsApp-Nachrichten schicken. Tatsächlich lässt sich die Story mit Emojis nachstellen – von romantischer Liebe über die Balkonszene bis hin zum Tod in der Gruft durch Gift beziehungsweise einen Dolch. Auch die auffällige Figur des exaltierten Mercutio ist vertreten.
