Eine sub-ident-production <Classic/Club/Ambient> in drei Locations

Für Streichquartett und live-electronics

Classic ist Club ist Ambient: Ein Streichquartett spielt Grieg, Debussy und Bartók in der Muffathalle, dessen Audio-Signal geht ins Ampere und ins Studio und wird dort von prominenten Clubmusikern und live-Elektronikern synchron und in Echtzeit transformiert (»sub-ident«). Das gleiche geschieht durch einen VJ und zwei Videokünstlerinnen mit dem visuellen Material: den beim Spielen gefilmten Musiker*Innen. Das Publikum kann sich frei zwischen Muffathalle, Ampere und Studio bewegen und dabei auch die Übergänge zwischen den Klängen und Räumen stufenlos verfolgen. Ein spektakuläres Event, ein Zeitenspiel, ein historisches Spiegelkabinett. Aber zusammengehalten und getragen durch die Frage nach Identität, ihrer Komplexität, ihrer Einheitlichkeit.
