Edyta is a highly acclaimed vocalist and actress renowned for her dynamic performances across musical theatre, film dubbing, and concert stages. She earned a Master’s degree in Vocal and Acting from The Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw. Currently captivating audiences as the Lead Female Vocalist in Cirque Du Soleil’s ECHO World Tour, Edyta has traveled extensively, showcasing her vocal prowess and stage presence under the Big Top worldwide.
Her theatrical journey includes standout roles such as Christine Daaé in Phantom of The Opera, Fantine in Les Miserables, Nina in Pilot’s at Roma Musical Theatre, Miss Honey in Matilda at Sirena Theatre, Johanna in the thriller Sweeney Todd at the Entertainment Theater in Chorzów, Kala in the musical Tarzan in the Gliwice Musical Theater, Emma in Jekyll and Hyde at the Musical Theater in Poznań, Sister Mary Robert in Sister Act at the Musical Theater in Poznań, Molly in the musical Ghost at the Musical Theater in Gdynia, Ellen in Miss Saigon at the Musical and Opera Theatre in Łódź, and White Spirit Lead Vocal in Apocrypha at Song of The Goat Theatre.
Edyta’s talents extend beyond the stage into film dubbing, where she has contributed her voice to Wicked The movie as the voice of Glinda and Snow White in Disney’s classic Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Lending her voice to the choir of Frozen II, Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, and Mary Poppins as well.
She performs in Philharmonics all over Poland and Europe with a repertoire from worldwide musicals and films and video games music. She collaborates with film music composer Zbigniew Preisner, having sung in the soundtrack of the movie Lady of The Dynasty. With Preisner's compositions, she has performed at festivals like Klara Music Festival in Brussels and Haifa Film Music Festival, interpreting pieces from the films of Krzysztof Kieślowski such as Double Vie De Veronique, Troius Couleurs, and Decalogue. She also sang in the concert Requiem for My Friend at Leòn Music Festival in Mexico and in the performance of Zbigniew Preisner and Ewa Lipska's Where to Go Now at the National Music Forum in Wrocław. Edyta performed at the 29th Gala presenting the European Film Awards and has recorded songs written by Preisner for the platinum disc In Search of Rode. In 2019, she sang at Tauron Arena in Krakow for the 40th Anniversary of Zbigniew Preisner's Artistic Work, alongside Lisa Gerrard and Teresa Salgueiro.
