PUBLIC REHEARSALS

Public dress rehearsals

Attendances of public dress rehearsals of the Munich Philharmonic are only available for certain groups.

Social institutions

The dress rehearsal subscription, which includes attendance of all six rehearsal dates of the season is aimed at social organisations for senior citizens. The price is €13 per person per date (incl. MVV public transport within Munich). If you would like us to include your senior citizens’ organisation in our mailing list, please write to us at generalproben.philharmoniker(at)muenchen.de or by post or fax.

Due to the very high demand and limited number of places, we can issue dress rehearsal subscriptions only as part of group orders. We issue them in the order received. For individuals, dress rehearsal subscriptions are not available.

No individual tickets are available, in advance or on the door. Please note that dates and programmes may change and that we cannot, in that case, issue a refund for tickets already purchased.

School classes

School classes can attend dress rehearsals free of charge. Please register by e-mail to generalproben.philharmoniker(at)muenchen.de. Note that we have a limited quota of rehearsal attendance places for schools and that tickets do not include MVV public transport usage.

Cooperation with Kulturraum e.V.

The Kulturraum initiative receives a contingent for public dress rehearsals for München-Pass holders as well as unemployed and social security and welfare recipients. These cards are free of charge and do not include MVV public transport usage.
