Ana Vladanovic-Lebedinski

Ana Vladanovic-Lebedinski was born in Belgrade in 1974. She received her first violin lessons from her mother. Already at the age of 14 years she studied under Prof. Dejan Mihailovic at the Academy of Music in Belgrade where she received her diploma with distinction three years later. Further studies followed in Germany: postgraduate studies with Prof. Georg Baynov (with distinction), later the soloist diploma. In addition to violin Ana Vladanovic-Lebedinski studied viola and completed her studies with the "Magister artium" under Prof. Dejan Mladjenovic. She has completed her education under Oleg Kagan, Miroslav Rusin, Pavel Vernikov, Petru Munteanu, Willi Mokatsian, Sahar Bron etc.

Very early, Ana Lebedinski started gaining experience as principal violin and concertmaster in the "Jeunesse Musicales" chamber orchestra in Belgrade where she played for many years. With the "Jeunesse Musicales" orchestra she was on tour throughout Europe and Canada. At the age of 20 she got her first permanent employment as first violin at the Southwest Philharmonic Constance. Two years later she received a scholarship from the Orchestra Academy of the Munich Philharmonic within the 1st violin group. As further element of the scholarship she received lessons from concertmaster Lorenz Nasturica and professional support for chamber music. Since 1999 Ana Vladanovic-Lebedinski holds a permanent position as second violinist at the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra. Besides, she regularly gives concerts with the "Munich Soloists", the "Philharmonic Octet" and the Munich chamber orchestra consisting of members of the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra.

Ana Vladanovic-Lebedinski is laureate of many international contests. As a soloist she performed with the Belgrade Philharmonics and the Radio Orchestra of Belgrade. Furthermore she has played for recordings for radio and television in Belgrade.
